A couple of funny things that I remember vividly was her tryinig alternatives to hearing aids...things that you could order out of her magazines that you wear on the outside of you ears and of course her many gifts of hankerchiefs and jewelry that came from those magazines or the home shopping network! Another fond memory was when she found out I was pregnant and not yet married she told me that I needed to get married before my child was a "bastard" and Aunt Nita telling her that that term was not used in this day and age.
